Hi, I am Melanie, (Mel), I live in Ware, ​Hertfordshire and I am here to help you and your ​business needs.


I have over 17 years’ experience in Customer ​service, with roles from reception, general admin, ​and customer service executive which was ​project based and customer specific. These roles ​have all been varied and for the past 4 years I ​have worked remotely and really enjoyed. I have ​an NVQ in Customer Service, and Level 2 CIPS in ​Procurement and Supply.


Though my work-based experience is all ​customer service, in my personal life I have ​created a YouTube channel and blog with 2.9k ​subscribers. I have a Diploma in Fashion ​blogging. From this I have filmed and edited my ​own videos and written and uploaded my own ​blog between 2017 and 2022. I have taken a ​break from my own social media to have my ​Twins but still enjoy editing and creating ​content.
