About Me
Hi, I am Melanie, (Mel), I live in Ware, Hertfordshire and I am here to help you and your business needs.
I have over 17 years’ experience in Customer service, with roles from reception, general admin, and customer service executive which was project based and customer specific. These roles have all been varied and for the past 4 years I have worked remotely and really enjoyed. I have an NVQ in Customer Service, and Level 2 CIPS in Procurement and Supply.
Though my work-based experience is all customer service, in my personal life I have created a YouTube channel and blog with 2.9k subscribers. I have a Diploma in Fashion blogging. From this I have filmed and edited my own videos and written and uploaded my own blog between 2017 and 2022. I have taken a break from my own social media to have my Twins but still enjoy editing and creating content.
